Description

B Here,

This one was made the same way Enn's profile picture was made. Kind of has an oekaki quality to it; it's extremely pixilated, as if it were made in MSPaint. I drew it using a SANFORD "Uni-Ball ONYX" ballpoint pen. The original pic looks a bit better, much smoother, and it has less of a computer "stink" about it, but until I get a better scanner, this is, and will be for awhile, my pic of Heterotecture.

I tried to make it very angular and curvy at the same time, almost creating a 45 -45 90 right triangle (hypotenuse being the arm with the "climbing rope," the "base" [the bottom leg] being the wooden panel, and the adjacent [other leg] being the thicker girder,) but I realized without something to close the space between the point on the plane of the paper where the climbing rope going down from the knuckles to the ground is grounded (in other words, in case you found that too hard to read, the hypothetical point formed by that T-shaped thing in the ground) and the left hypothetical endpoint of the wooden ground panel, it would be doomed to forever remain not a right triangle, not a triangle, just some bastard polygon wishing it could be what everyone wants it to be.

That's why I love this one.

It's upliftingly hopeless in a sense.

I find self-contradiction such an intrinsically human characteristic. Making this one of my more "human" pieces.

It has a pulse.

It CRIES!

That's all I have to say about that.

~~Much love,
B
